Terms of Service
Last updated: May 16, 2026
Important: These Terms of Service are provided for website use and general business interactions. They are not a substitute for advice from qualified legal counsel. Review and customize (including entity details, governing law, and dispute resolution) before commercial launch. Client engagements are governed only by signed written agreements (statements of work, master services agreements, or similar)—not by browsing this Site.
1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website operated by Trivotix (“Trivotix,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) at trivotix.com (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. Who may use the Site
The Site is intended for business and professional users. You represent that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have authority to bind yourself or the organization on whose behalf you act. If you use the Site for an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.
3. Our services and no binding offers
Trivotix provides professional services including cloud infrastructure, AI and automation systems, SaaS product engineering, platform and DevOps engineering, and quality assurance— as described on the Site for general information only.
Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer, quote, statement of work, service level agreement, or contract. Capabilities, timelines, pricing, and availability discussed on the Site or in preliminary communications are illustrative unless confirmed in a signed written agreement executed by authorized representatives of both parties. We may decline any inquiry or engagement at our discretion.
4. Intellectual property
The Site and its content (including text, graphics, logos, layout, software, and documentation) are owned by Trivotix or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not:
- copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content;
- reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Site;
- remove proprietary notices or misrepresent affiliation with Trivotix;
- use our trademarks or branding without prior written consent.
Limited personal, non-commercial viewing of the Site is permitted. Any other use requires our prior written permission.
5. Information you submit
If you submit information through contact forms, email, career introductions, or partnership inquiries (“Submissions”), you represent that you have the right to provide it and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use Submissions solely to evaluate and respond to your request, operate our business, and improve our services, subject to our Privacy Policy.
Do not submit confidential, proprietary, or sensitive information through the Site unless we have agreed in writing to treat it as confidential. We are not obligated to treat unsolicited Submissions as confidential.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Site in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
- attempt unauthorized access to our systems, networks, or data, or interfere with Site security or performance;
- transmit malware, spam, or harmful code, or engage in scraping or automated access that burdens the Site without permission;
- impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation;
- use the Site to compete with us, build a similar offering, or harvest data for unrelated commercial purposes;
- harass, defame, or harm others through use of the Site.
We may suspend or restrict access to the Site, without notice where permitted by law, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.
7. Third-party links and services
The Site may link to third-party websites or services (including social networks). We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
8. Disclaimers
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy.
We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or harmful components. Information on the Site may contain technical or typographical errors and may be updated without notice. Forward-looking or descriptive statements about services, products, or capabilities are not guarantees of future performance.
Professional services are delivered only under separate written agreements that define scope, deliverables, fees, and warranties (if any). Nothing on the Site limits or overrides those agreement-specific terms.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TRIVOTIX AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100) OR (B) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US SPECIFICALLY FOR SITE-RELATED ACCESS IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM—WHICH IS TYPICALLY ZERO FOR A FREE INFORMATIONAL WEBSITE.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Trivotix and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Site; (b) your Submissions or violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any law or third-party rights; or (d) any dispute between you and a third party in connection with your use of the Site.
11. Client projects and confidentiality
Confidentiality, intellectual property ownership, data protection, and liability for delivered work products are governed by the applicable client contract—not these Terms. If you are a client or partner, refer to your executed agreement and designated account contacts.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Insert jurisdiction — e.g. Pakistan / your place of incorporation], without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local law requires otherwise.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved through [Insert forum — e.g. courts located in your city, or arbitration under named rules], unless applicable law requires a different forum. You waive any objection to personal jurisdiction and venue in that forum to the extent permitted by law.
Replace the bracketed placeholders with counsel-approved governing law and dispute resolution before production.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date indicates when changes were last made. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law. Material changes may be noted on the Site or by other reasonable means.
14. General provisions
- Entire agreement (Site use): These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement regarding use of the Site, superseding prior oral or written understandings on that subject.
- Severability: If any provision is held invalid, the remainder remains in effect.
- No waiver: Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of future enforcement.
- Assignment: We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. You may not assign your rights without our written consent.
- Force majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our reasonable control.
